see http://membres.lycos.fr/fdestouches/top50.html and if you agree with it give what coul be missing
|
I don't even know how to reply to this.
|
You had Linkin Park in your list.
You lose. |
you had like 8 sonic youth records in your top 20 and about all the beatles records in there. i guess you're that huge of a fan or you need to listen to other things. yeah the linkin park record sets this list to a whole different level (not a good level).
|
each to their own. i wouldnt put those in my list or indeed in that order (experimental above evol) but i havent made my list so its your list. fair play! but linkin park?????????????

In my opinion, greatest hits records and other compilations should not qualify for such lists. It's sort of like cheating. Live records are OK, though.

|
Yeah, I think 50 albums is pretty limiting. I feel like I'm leaving a lot of shit out.
|
Top 5:
SY, DDN Ramones, Ramones Nirvana, Bleach Black Flag, Damaged Dino Jr, Dino Jr |
julian has tful#282 in there. he wins.
also, linkin park's not amazing or anything but they're not too bad compared to most modern bands. they actually have some pretty cool sounds and that one dude's a good singer. ditch the one finger guitar player, the lazy drummer, and the rapper dude and you have an interesting nu-metal band. |
