bass - not sure about this one, maybe kim G but shes not an incredible bass player

bass: the girl in Mono (she really has a nice style) or better yet Elena Vianello (she played with Kleinkief, pretty unknown italian band)
baritone guitar + some vocals: Kazu Makino
another guitar: wata (Boris)
messing thing up/performance : Stefania Pedretti

Guitar & Backing vocals: Laura Veirs
Bass: Melissa Auf der Maur
Drums: don't know many good female drummers, Karen Carpenter (she would have to sing too then EDIT: considering she was still alive off course) or Sheila E maybe

I couldn't because there are so many already that fit the criteria better than this white indie boy wet dream. The Supremes, The Ronettes, The Pandoras,The Shangri La's etc make a good job at being a girl band better than all the above put together.
