i'm very very addicted to peace attack right now. i didn't like this song too much as i was listening to sonic nurse album (one of my favs btw). but it's really great! nice vox by thurston, nice guitars. the meaning of beautiful is closed in 6:12.

Maybe because it has grown on some people. This wasn't an instant favourite from SN for me, but it kept growing on me.

I love this song, definitely one of my fav songs on nurse. It makes me think of summer sunsets.

Don't like at all, one off the worst since the begining for me... When I listen to it after such beautiful songs as dude ranch nurse, stones or paper cup I feel it annoying and too long. I don't really get in the way Thurston sings it, too much effects in his voice...

Peace Attack is like the ghost of Murray Street. I remember it being one of the first songs written for Sonic Nurse. Thurston blogged that he just wanted to release it to the world and not have to wait until the album came out.

The solo is so beautiful, the harmonics... everything about it. Seems alot more hippy-happy then the rest of the stuff on Sonic Nurse. Definitely one of my top 3 Sonic songs since 2000.

if i must be honest.. video is ekhm weak. i wonder why sonic youth are not doing good videos since ?! hmm little trouble girl i think.. after washing machine there was no good video, maybe empty page, but its simple video.

I love the peace attack video - it fits the quiet peacefulness of the song like a glove!
