Yeah, old news... As a big x-files fan, I can safely say I'm not the least bit excited by this. Though seeing Gillian Anderson being hot is always good.

By the way, OCD is the least fun psychological state since manic depression. I just keep getting stuck in patterns without realizing that I'm stuck in patterns. And I get so depressed and feel trapped, and it takes me FOREVER to realize that OCD cause it - AGAIN.

well, I've always been fascinated by the X FILES. actually re-watching the whole mythology these days with my girl. this movie, what will it be really?

I loved The X Files, i will definitely go see this at the cinema!

my fiancee and i have been rewatching the show recently starting from season one. we're to season 3 now. As much as I love this show, it didn't age particularly well - i guess effects and stuff just got way better in the later 90s.

anyway, i'm looking forward to the movie - disappointed it won't involve aliens though.

I think x-files is one of the best shows ever because it never really tells you anything.. well, not for a long time at least.. I like shows where you kind of have to fill in a lot of the blanks yourself (kinda like Neon Genesis Evangelion and Twin Peaks -- COMPLETELY different shows -- but you know... they don't tell you everything).

Speaking of Twin Peaks, David Duchovny's cross-dressing FBI agent in that is awesome.
