the new forever changes reissue
one of my favorite records hands down, and i went to the record store to get the new reissue the other day, but it was like 22 bucks, and since i already got it, im not quite sure if its worth getting the new one.
anyone have this yet that can tell me if the new bonus stuff is worth it or not? |
i saw them live, years ago.
Not going to buy the reissue, but i'd love forever changes on vinyl. |

I thought we'd agreed that you were actually lying about that, no? |
i was not lying, i even photographed the ticket and posted it on here. If you guys don't want to believe me, then don't. But i saw Love featuring Arthur Lee.
Jealous Assholes. |

arthur lee could write the fuck out of a song. heres some honesty for you though, ive never listened to anything besides forever changes. are there any other good love albums out there? |

I think the farther you go back the more Byrds-y it gets. I have Da Capo, which has its moments but no where near as good as Forever Changes. |

Spot-on. |
i like the byrds, but i dont think id like love sounding like the byrds, because every bands in the 60s sounded like the byrds, kinda. that made no sense. goodnight.

i saw them at ATP in 2003 or 2004, it was Arthur Lee with a bunch of session dudes. they were very good, although the session dudes were prone to cheesing it up.
