A large unmoveable cylindrical object with the word Achtung! written on it - buried in my garden. It's still there.

A dead mouse in my wardrobe a long time ago
Somebody's tooth on the street (i didn't pick it up or anything, though) |
A full pack of playing cards left in a trail along the route that I take to get home.
|
One time I opened up a "Kid A" CD at a pawn shop and the actual compact disc inside was girl you know it's true by Milli Vanilli.
So, I just stole the booklet behind the tray. |
i saw a piece of string sticking out of the ground (it was like, sandy but not real sand) and i started pulling it and more came coming out and when i was finished i had about 4 meters of string.
and it stank like fish l_l |
I've got about 20 quite good books from skips and such. And I've pilfered quite a few oil drums/ kegs for percussive reasons. I've got quite a lot of found percussion.
My housemate is forever bringing home really cool things. He found a bible so large that you'd think it was a breezeblock in absolutely mint condition under a bush once. It's amazing, about 150 years old and leather-bound. |

I would have picked up the tooth. I have found some kids school pictures A picture of Stephan Harper I've found lots of things that weren't pictures, I just can't think of them. |
i found a passport photo of my dad at a train station once. was pretty freaky at first then i told him and he said he'd been running for a train with them in his hand etc. etc.
|
that is a bit freaky indeed.
not really a strange find, but a few weeks ago i found some hare krishna book in a train and for some reason decided to take it home. it's been lying on a shelf at my bed since then, but i haven't started reading it and i really don't think i'm going to either. i wonder if someone left it on purpose; trying to convert a random train passenger and hoping good karma will return to him/her. well guess what mr krishna, you've failed. |
years ago, me and some friends broke into an really old abandoned house.
there was a huge hole in the ceiling and trough the hole we could see part of the walls in the first floor and what appeared to be a wall vault. it took us hours to get up there. when finnally one of us reached the vault and pulled back the loosened door, we found out that it was full of... corks. |
They were probably the finest corks money could buy.

I pressed enter by mistake while repping you. Apparently they're going to stop using cork corks? |
