What time will the July 4th SY gig be broadcast in the UK?

I can't be bothered to find out the exact time difference, but I want to listen to the SY gig on WMFU, so what time is 4.45pm in New York in England?

It's an American radio station. You can stream it from their site. I'm just trying to find out what time I have to stay up till, but no ones beIng very HELPFUL!
