On the way back from the gym this morning I was listening to the new Sigur Ros album and thinking how the opening piano line of 'fljótavík' sound a bit like the piano line from 'God Is In The House' by the Bad Seeds.

I started wondering what Sigur Ros would sound like with Nick Cave singing instead of Jonsii. And then I wondered what The Bad Seeds would sound like with Jonsi on vocals.

I think I'd prefer the former to the latter, but I think they'd both be pretty interesting.

Anyone else have any thoughts on bands swapping personnel?

Yes, I'd like to hear Quorthon of Bathory swapping places with Elizabeth Fraser of the Cocteau Twins.
