homemade pipe? crack? weed? something got smoked out of this!

it's a shame when people leave behind perfectly good crack pipes.

I sometimes find syringes, sometimes small cocaine baggies, sometimes I find hooker's panties, rubber gloves, used up lioghters, I once saw three different used condoms whjile walking my girlfriend's dog.
