fucking rad performance from way back in 1983, posted on blastitude #24. the quality is not bad at all. the youth was still very much in full on no wave-esque dissonant as fuck noise punk nihilist assault mode. the kinda video that makes me wish i was 20 years older to see this in the flesh, but then again, id be old by now, so FUCK that,

oh yeah...

I think I already said this, but I hate that video. Well, it's great i na way, but the noisy solo by lee is among my all time fav "sonic moments" and the guy who taped that TOTALLY MISSED it and kept pointing the camera at thurston who is cool and all that but basically plays the same riff during the whole song.

well, time for a shower and a pizza.

I have to listen to that noisy solo again, as a lee-addict I have to do it!

yes, lee's noise breakdown in there is mindblowing. but the camera work leaves the impression that its thurston. anyways, dont see how any youth fan could not dig this, i like my sonic youth noisey.

It's funny when Kim drops her glasses , then she kneels , but she doesn't put them back.
