I got home today and some 12 inche records I ordered were fucking FOLDED OVER in my mailbox. The package has MEDIA MAIL stamped all over it. I am so pissed off.

I did take pictures. I'm going down there in like 10 minutes. They don't know what they have coming to them. I'm gonna fuck up some mailmen bitches.

a recommendation man-- these are federal employees and i think it's a particular crime if you beat them up.

chill & speak clearly & they'll respect you more than if you yell.

I probably won't beat them up. I'll just be a complete dickhead like I usually am on here all day when I speak to them. I'll still sound reasonable and intelligent but they aren't going to get spoken to nicely.

best thing is to get them on your side-- a friendly person that will navigate you through the morass that is filing complaints against the postal service.

Nothing that bad. I took pictures and opened it up to see what was all messed up and it was just the Danielson Ships 12". The cd and the 7" were fine.

My Dad sells 12" records on ebay. He makes people buy insurance now because of the fricking usps.

Sounds Familyre is going to send me a new 12" and some buttons or something for the inconvienence. The USPS said that there was nothing they could do.

Yeah. I guess you have to write DO NOT BEND on the record instead of Media Mail even though the USPS defines media mail as something like CDs, Tapes, Records and some other stuff. All of it breakable.
