SYRFox 09.05.2008 03:17 PM

Heard about it but never tried it. I doubt it would really work though...

al shabbray 09.05.2008 03:19 PM

whats that spinning thing supposed to do?

Cantankerous 09.05.2008 03:26 PM

oh i did do that
needless to say it doesn't work

Florya 09.05.2008 03:43 PM

Didn't think so.

Might give it a whirl tho - might help me sleep.

atsonicpark 09.05.2008 03:46 PM

Sounds interesting.

There is something on adobe audition/cool edit pro called "binaural autopanner" and "brainwave synchronization" and so on that does basically the same thing.

StevOK 09.05.2008 04:33 PM

I tried it once and it only worked because of the placebo effect. I knew it was bullshit, so I pretended like it would work just to spite me. I could have sworn I felt the effects I was going for while I was listening to the stuff, but as soon as I stopped I didn't feel them anymore.

terriblecanyons 09.05.2008 06:14 PM

Two words: placebo effect.
Random low waves of sound effecting your brain like various drugs? I call bullshit.

GrungeMonkey 09.06.2008 12:07 PM

Absolute bullcrap.

SYRFox 09.06.2008 12:10 PM

If you need an audio drug, then listen to Roll Up by Black Dice, I've always thought of it as the future drug, ah ah. Seriously

al shabbray 09.06.2008 02:15 PM

^^^is it for free?
