when i last saw them, they forgotten how to play "saucer-like" (i think thurston's guitar wasn't tuned properly for the tune too) and instead they played "mote".

Funniness.

the last time this was posted, i posted my recording from the providence 2000 soundcheck of them trying to figure out how to play "100%" for about 10 minutes. it's very..odd.. that 6 years later they had already forgotten how to play a song with THREE NOTES.

nobody commented on my recording at the time, so i won't bother posting it again. :p

i don't know if i still have the file/link. the old thread must still be around though.. i wonder if the search engine will accept "100%"

well that was a disappointment -- found the thread after considerable searching, but i'd posted a (long!) expired sendspace link. maybe i'll post it again though!

i always loved it when one of out members would forget stuff in my last band. our sarcastic mean streaks would come out and make crap out of them. "well, why don't you just listen to the album? you know, that time when you played this guitar part about ten times repeatedly and then listened to it about 50 times while editing it?"
