those feet look like the feet of someone who should have worn these special soles and 'good' shoes, but didn't. my father's and grandmother's feet look exactly like hers. it's probably very painful and she'll really suffer later.

No offence or anything, but everyone comes in all different shapes and sizes. Some woman just happen to be flat in the boobs and ass regions, and there's nothing wrong with that.
