Hi, I know a lot of you here are creative people and I'm sure some run blogs and whatnot but I was wondering if anyone knew some sources where I can get my bands demo reviewed online? Or if anyone would care to review it themselves... ?

yep that's right. space invaders is off the demo... it doesnt really capture what we're doing live but it's a self recorded first bloom. We're kind of like early pumpkins and dino jr cross bred with sonic youth noise and pop. There's one track on the demo that reminds me of david bowies low. but we're mostly beholden to that grunge sound i guess.

I wish I knew somebody outta there myself. Searching around isn't super helpful, either... I tried, but it's no easy task...

We are a little team of 3 people, we had around 5000 views in the last months, which is not that big, but we're happy with it :)

how much readers does such a blog like yours got?

Unfortunately we don't have stats on readers, only stats on views... I guess there's not that much casual readers, but I think 5000 views are rather fine

That's not too much, my myspace page has more views than that :p

Yeah I know it's not a lot, still I'm rather happy with it, as we're generally talking about bands that are not really interesting a lot of people (by a lot of people I mean grand public, at least in France, which is different as grand public in USA), and as we're talking about it in French, not in English...
