Yeah, I heard about this a whole back. Should be fun. Chow Yun Fat's in it.

There's no way it'll ever be as bad as the first live action Dragonball movie.

So, this is actually the 3rd attempt (but the first "completely official" I believe) at a live action film.

I gots to watch it now.

Looks like shit. I'll enjoy laughing at it and throwing milk duds at the screen.

I have no desire to see this. I just hope that my son feels the same way.

I almost hung myself when I saw this. Another terrible movie interpretation.

I remember my friend, who is a big fan, telling me how upset she was that they used an American white boy.

That really isn't much of a problem for me, but come on....Goku in Highschool? He drives a car? Piccolo isn't even green?!

I used to watch Dragonball Z when I was a kid and I was thinking to myself right before I watched the preview "hey a dragonball movie could be really cool, heck Goku can turn into a huge freaking werewolf/monkey type dude- which is pretty cool in itself"

but it looks like utter shit unfortunately

If we don't get the main characters yelling at the top of their lungs through at least half of the movie, what is the point?

if they don't spend the whole movie powering up for a fight that doesn't happen until the sequel i'm going to be disappointed

I saw the original one in fourth grade with some friends and we laughed our asses off, it was so stupid.

But yeah.. I'll be there opening night ready to throw shit at the screen, I used to be a diehard dbz fan, like obsessive.
