this is good

Is this the same OHR Music that released an LP on Acme records' Prescription series in the mid-90s? I have that album, and it does sound like it was made in 1973, and it totally rules. Those prescription LPs are some of my most prized albums, as they were released in editions of 99 copies each. I have the OHR Music and the Mother Yod albums, and they are both fantastic.
Thanks for this!

porkmarras 06.13.2006 07:39 AM

Yes it is.

porkmarras 06.13.2006 07:43 AM

I love the fuzz, the sound and the chaos about this record. It's a pleasant surprise to find out that you have it and like it Mr Clone. Will you ever let me down? No!

Savage Clone 06.13.2006 07:47 AM

Fuck, this is some good stuff. Listening right now!

porkmarras 06.13.2006 07:58 AM

It was released in 1995 exactly. Can't tell the titles as everything on the inner sleeve is in japanese.Let's thank Stevie Sounds in Chinatown as well.

yeah, that place is good sometimes, although i always feel like i have to go through every rack in the shop when i'm there because you never know what'll turn up.

porkmarras 06.14.2006 03:59 AM

I know exactly what you mean. It's a pity that it's been downsized so badly though.Do you remember when they used to have the upstairs shop?I pratically lived in there!

It Was Awesome, Many Thanks

Hmm. Didn't really do it for me. Sounded like a more sedate High Rise/ Mainliner type thing. It's ok, but I'm very sceptical of wah sounds.

The LP I have barely has any guitar presence at all; it's organ/analogue synth driven Kosmische music, and very nice indeed.
