Rare SY Stuff For Sale. Books & Records
 

i'm getting rid of this stuff because i just don't want/need it anymore. here is what is included along w/ how much i'm asking for them. if you think the prices are too steep lemme know and we'll try and work something:

Books:
1. Thurston Moore: Alabama Wildman. Hardcover, first edition, includes hard slip cover and #32 of 200 limited punk poems for poets w/ penny. Actual penny and T's sig in tact. Great Condition. $35.

2. Sonic Matters, Sonic Collaborations. First edition, signed by entire band. Great condition. $30.

3. Psychic Confusion: The Sonic Youth Story by Stevie Chick. Great condition. $12.

4. Sonic Life (small italian version) by Guido Chiesa. Does NOT include the 7", and it's a little beat up, but still a good read. $30.

5. I Dreamed Of Noise by Ignacio Julia and Jaime Gonzalo. It's a little frayed and beat up but still in good condition. Comes w/ Turn it up! Turn it up! CD w/ live songs and interview.. $30.

Records
1. Broken Circle/Spiral Hill 45 by Lee Ranaldo. Good condition but i have no clue if it's a first pressing or not. Bought it new in San Diego around 2003. $8.

2. SYR2. First pressing on turquoise marble vinyl. Great condition. $20.

3. SYR3. First pressing on transparent clear vinyl. Great condition. $20.

4. SYR5. First pressing, both records. Great condition. $25.

What's Sonic Matters????

I'd probably have taken the I Dreamed Of Noise book if it were cheaper. I already bought the CD without the book years ago.

sonic matters is that book of printed ephemera from the early to about nyc g&f days of flyers posters and other sy related art. i'm selling the i dreamed of noise book w/ the cd for the same price it's going for on amazon right now.

Damn, I'd take that Sonic Matters book in a heartbeat, but I really cant afford to drop any $ like that at the moment. Sucks.

it sucks i can't pay you and get most of the stuff. no cc, paypal or whatever, hard to ship to Easten Europe. I guess i'll just have to wipe out the saliva going on my mouth and go to another thread.
