I love this fucking band. Satanic Psych Folk that is made with clattering percussion and a slew of untuned instruments. Man, with the amount of amazing psych albums coming out im starting to think that I will no longer have to listen to atonal noise in order to be on the cutting edge of the music scene, as there are so many bands that are wierder and more disturbing than those noise bands, but they do so whole making meloodic and diverse tunes. Well, who am I kidding, I will listen to Psych and Noise and Psych Noise forever, and fuck genres anyways. But Silvester Anfang, the shit.

Oh, turns out, I already had their split with jack rose (featuring Rose's cover of "How Green Was My Valley"). I hadn't really investigated them further but I am now.

silvester anfang - satanische vrede lp (k-raa-k, 2006) = absolutely essential, perfect album.

Yeah, Satanische Vrede ("satanic peace") is pretty great.
