Is Late Night With Jimmy Fallon worth my time?
 

I wanna watch it based on the fact that I friggin love The Roots. Is it good enough to watch it for that reason alone, will I be pleasantly surprised or totally disappointed?

I dunno...he seems kinda flat at times. I guess I was expecting him to be funnier. that said, I pretty much watch it every night.

I miss Conan though.

I've strongly disliked Fallon for years, so I'm going to go ahead and say no.

I hated his smug, relentlessly tedious work on Saturday Night Live. I never thought that whole looking into the camera and giggling bit that seemed to follow him into every sketch was ever cute or funny.

He's just not my cup of tea, I suppose.

Probably not. Haven't watched him yet but, no one will beat Conan!

That was a good Seinfeld pisstake. And I love Seinfeld.

saw parts of it. i was never a jimmy fallon fan. it's good though because now i can sleep, since i will no longer be tempted to stay up anymore

when he plays John Mayer and Enrique Inglesias...oh yeah and Sting too...good shit. I seen that Seinfeld one too it's good stuff...

But yes...Conan is the God of late night shows.

Jimmy Fallon is a damn good impressionist.

His show sucks.

He isn't naturally funny.

But it's fun to watch it because he seems to talk the whole time and piss off his guests. All he does is talk about snl. Or when he's supposed to bring up the classic fake question to bring up the story that the guest asks the h ost to tell...u know...that classic late night show shtick....he basically just tells the whole story, then asks them....remember that?

It kinda reminds me of the chris farley show sketch....

Holy shit I just watched that montage, and forgot how AMAZING an impressionist he is. I thought he was good but he nailed all those voices and mannerisms. He should stick to that. Damn.
