here summer has not even began yet...I wish it ended already.

Im in the southern hemisphere, so the journey into winter and darker months begins now, rather than in oct.

As for the circulation issues, a friend of mine (a girl) had the same problems and her doctor suggested her something, not sure I can spit this out on here without getting massively misunderstood.
