She's big business in architecture, I didn't realise she was branching out. The thing to remember wiht high fashion is that what makes it high is not that anyone could look good in it, but that precisely four people in the world would not look like a cunt in those shoes.

They look like those shoes that people wear for windsurfing. Interestingly, I've only ever seen four windsurfers who didn't look like complete cunts while doing it.
