Kierkegaard: the Eternal
I have been reading about this Danish writer recently and a phrase that keeps popping up is 'The Eternal'...
not as in 'enternally ever after' but 'the Eternal' Anyone read him? |
Yeah.
I like his writing on the absurd, as well as what Albert Camus wrote. |
if you type kierkegaard into itunes you can download some free lectures about some of his stuff
i don't think he belongs in the sy section of the forum just because he used the word eternal |
i read kierkegaard's 'fear and trembling.' it is a christian examination of the hebrew story of abraham. powerful. i recommend it if you are interested in christianity in the modern era.
