in seriousness, australia is nice to do road trips up the east coast thats about it imho. Everywhere else is alright if you like... scenery.


BUT, I want a place to LIVE..

I'd move to brisbane but that would mean finding a job again. Rent is about the same, there might be less work, Im not sure.

Housing sales were up 140% for this area in August and September, The house is not listed as of now.I am waiting for prices to climb up more, but am willing to swap for equal value house, or cash and lessor value house. ----- Would like to trade/exchange it ---- for a 2 or 3 bed room in Cape Coral or Pine Island or Englewood or Fort White FL. I have a pile of free dirt in my backyard. We put in a paver patio and this is the dirt we dug out of the ground. It is in the back corner of my yard so you will need a way to get it to your vehicle (wheelbarrow, etc.).

what level are you on? I can't do really high appartments. When I was interstate I made us change appartments so I didn't have to be on the 19th level. Elevators, heights, and stuff...

rent it out, and rent somewhere else. Capital growth is better than selling, esp when yr young.

yeah but, another 750k worth of reasons? It'll be worth double in 5 -10. I'd get over it. If it were me. Rent interstate. Pay someone to look after it/be the landlord(people do that for a reletively small fee here).
