ha yes i did. its overuse by annoying twats on the train drives me mad.

I must admit that I am an overuser of that word....

Awesome is an awesome word. Pretty much as awesome as cowabunga, tubular, tubuloso, and mondo.

Least favorite phrase is 'keeping it simple.'

Hey wait those words aren't....oh I get it...

I say awesome probably 10 times a day. Maybe this means I should cut back. Last fortnight I got asked if I was.. american? by someone who clearly doesn't hear the OZ in my voice. I only have sympathetic american speach, if I'm talking to one, my vowels tend to change, it just happens and it's horrid..

I am very guilty of saying "awesome" and "like" too much.

I hate "like"

I hate that out of all valley girl slang, this "like" bullshit is what stuck.

I especially hate it when opeople are trying to tell a story and instead of
"I told him no, and the he yelled at me, and so I left."
they say
"I was all like, "no" and he was like, all yelling, like, mad or something, and so I was all like, "I'm leaving."

Ha ha, "real talk." My friends from San Jose would say that, or the variant "street talk."

Anyway, I don't mind really any colloquial idioms or phrases all that much.

I never hear the OZ in yr typing.

'Back in the day' gives me the irrits. However, I do use it in an ironic (I hope) fashion.

Shit rhetorical questions. Rhetorical questions, yes. Shit ones, no.

This above is sort of floundering in an insight-less indignance, with neither pithy sarcasm nor righteous bile to anchor it to the shore of meaningful criticism.

I'll tell you what else pisses me off - that words like 'indignance' apparently qualify as obsolete. I'M USING IT NOW, ONLINE DICTIONARY, HOW CAN IT BE OBSOLETE IF I'M USING IT?
