When you are down or depressed, what do you do to make you feel better?

Laugh at other peoples misfortune. Seriously though, I probably drink more than anything else - though it can go one of either two ways

play videogames.

the same thing I do every night. get bombed and try to take over the World.....of Warcraft.
pushing buttons to destroy always does the trick. |
and empty your pm box.

I look at pictures of people suffering from malnutrition, read a post by knox backwards, maybe go out for coffee.

I'm sorry to say it. It's not the healthiest choice. But... drink. Not so much I'm sloppy drunk. But I'm addicted to the light buzz during depressed times.
That and music. Turn off all the lights and go to bed with the stereo playing your favorite stuff. |
that's only really a problem when you start talking back to the record you're listening to and use the empty bottle to piss in afterwards.

Watch a favourite movie, play an instrument and just make noise with it.
