Wow, this is a great lager
 

I made this up myself, I was inspired by Ginger Beer- which is a lot like Root Beer, but with ginger, and it is a lot stronger, zestier, and fresher tasting than ginger ale.

I pureed some ginger
I put it into a french press (which can make really strong coffee)
I poured in a lager

I pushed down the french press, and poured the liquid into my glass.

I put some ice in my glass (the ginger puree was pretty hot and killed all the coolness of the lager)

I drank the concoction.

I was stunned. It is fucking great.

I invented this. It's called a Flaming Danny.

A lot of people say I should go to culinary school and become a chef. I'm very creative when it comes to food and everything, but I don't know how well I'd perform as one under that much pressure. I'd rather just be some rich people's personal cook.
