good Summer shrimp recipe?
 

I want to make a nice summery shrimp dish tonight. I'm thinking shrimp over rice and/or veggies. Or whatever. It's just gotta have shrimp. I'm gonna make Pina Coladas with it. And maybe some Corona. Who's got a good summer-tasting recipe that fits this description? Pictures help.

with shrimp its always a good idea to cook them in a bitta butter and milk. lemon as condiment obviously.

maybe try some cous cous with it? thats light and summery.

try some herbs sprinkled over the cous cous and shrimp. you can stick whatever veg you want with the cous cous.

if you want something cold you can make a shrimp salad with avocado, mango, red chili powder, lime... pretty simple
