The music festival season kicks off this weekend with Isle of Wight and Download. Anyone impressed with the line-ups, and is anyone going?

No.

these festivals are terrible, glastonbury is about one of the worst things ever.

just got my hotel for hopscotch fest in Raleigh NC in September.

so for $200 I get to see more than 10 bands I really want to see and get free breakfast in a nice hotel, over 3 nights. only thing I have to buy is beer

This band is already big enough to be playing festivals? Didn't they just form like a day ago? Hah. I mean, seriously, what's the deal? I mean, I know the chick left Pocahaunted (who are a billion times better now, for whatever it's worth), but .. hm, weird.

my band are playing a festival that is headlined by faust and we've only got about 12 fans so far.
