Does anyone trust....
Wikipedias definitions of certain music genres?
Yes. I believe most of the articles in wikipedia are from another source and just copied and pasted on the wikipedia site.
Seeing as they usually have a lot of references, I'd say those articles are pretty convincing
why not? genre definition is a vague art at best.
emo sucks. |
Wikipedia is a pretty good and accurate source about practically everything.
I trust a lot of it on wikipedia.
Yeah, emo sucks.

I love Wikipedia. I just look up names of Saints and go through all the criss-crossing links to end up reading about mental disorders and stuff. Good times.

I do the same thing. I get lost on that site so fast. I can stay there for hours without ever really completing a full article. I get sidetracked very easily. |
i love wikipedia, every day i find about 10 things to look up, something about a disease, the name of a famous actor, the history of a country...everything. i think its great.
Pretty much yeah. Open source stuff tends to be more accurate.

Yeah, less occurances of bias. No one's being paid to come up with certain "results", so no one is being forced to come up with misleading information. |
