That's a pub in Bergen (Norway), the currency is not $ nor euros, it's Kr as radarmaker said.
The total is around 2400 euros (a bit more actually) or 3200something dollars, and 66kr for a pint of guinness is a LOW price for Norway. Alcoholic beverages cost A LOT there.

this isn't that impressive, a friend of mine who tends to go a bit wrong when he drinks too much went on a stag do in prague and woke up the next morning to find a bar receipt in his pocket for £3000, last year he did the same in london but for £2000

78 pints between, say, 10/11 rock and roll people doesn't seem like that crazy an amount of alcohol consumption, even if you throw in the shots.
