I composed these recently. 1st track is a vocal maipulation thing I did, including sometype of antique horn. The 2nd track, I used 1 instrument, guitar w/ a bass effect, a distortion pedal, & a Beatles zippo lighter.

i should've done that crap for my track... the one sound is is a microphone being turned on and off in front of an amp. the ear shattering squeekyness is a microphone scraping against a guitar.

i dig your 1st track marleypumpkin. (havent heard the 2nd one yet) i used to find myself recording these types of things alot. almost in the style of revolution number 9.

"The Official Backstabbing Anthem" is a cool song.
in my opinion, the song is a little bit better than the other two.

Well, I just wish I had done a better mixing job. But, w/ the sound of the song, + the bad mixing, I think the title, "The Official Backstabbing Anthem", fits it pretty well.

It's funny, I never made that connection 'til you brough it up. I didn't go into my studio thinking in terms of "Revolution # 9". But, now I can see how someone could make that assumption.
