EVOL reissue sound issues?

Has anyone had sound issues from their EVOL RI vinyl (the pink one)? I keep getting a static noise every revolution or so that is driving me insane. It's only really audible during quieter passage, but it made the last bit of Expressway almost unlistenable. I thought it might be dust or something on the needle but I checked and it's clean and the sound has never appeared on any of my other records.

Any ideas?

It's very annoying once it's on the locked groove.

mine sounds great, but pretty sure it's a bootleg since there is no locked groove....

i guess im glad i got the fake?

sounds like a faulty pressing. pretty common occurrence with newly-pressed vinyl. i'd return it if it's still possible.

As much as I hated to, I ended up taking it back and exchanging it for the London Calling 30th anniversary edition.
