high school (going into gradew ten)

going to be a junior in the fall, currently working for the transportation dept of my school district doing computer programming, server/network administration and like things. working 40 hrs a week right now, obviously alot less when school rolls around.

Both. School starts a week into August. I'm working for Avocent, a computer manufactering company. All I do is file papers, but at $8 an hour, I'm not complaining.

im shopping for chalkboards for a client-- im replacing his menu boards, menus, website, etc. don't ask me how i got into this. i haven't got a clue.

next week i might be shooting some videos and... who knows? the fun never ends.

eh, i dont work in an office. im sitting in a coffee shop laptop in front of me. some times i work on a couch at home or even in bed (not as a whore). i have no boss. im a hired gun. according to the fucking test, im bobba fett (sp?) :D

I've lived a useless, no good life of a welfare bum for about 7 months. But now that's about to change as I'm moving to another town to get my post secondary education started.
Not too enthrilled about it though... Or at least not as excited as I was a year ago; my pessimism is prevailing.

I go to school. I'll be in 10th grade September 5th.

i'm a professional student. been in college since i was 17 and i'm 26 now. i'm on my 2nd postgraduate diploma and i'm goin back 4 another year!

actually, being self-employed is not such a cakewalk. you have to always hustle for new customers, you don't know when you're getting paid, and occasionally someone may try to give you the shaft (some cocksucker fucked me out of $500 once a couple of years ago, with some lame excuses-- he was 4 states away so i couldn't do much except smear his reputation. but if i ever see him i'll make sure he pays.).

in spite of the obstacles, i would not change this for anything. i'll happily put up with the risky lifestyle and the 16-hour workdays for the satisfaction of a) having no boss, b) work on my pajamas when the mood strikes, c) set my own hours, even though they might be ultra-long at times, and d) profit for nobody but myself. well of course i add value to my customers' businesses, but that's more a matter of pride than of having someone cracking the whip at me and such shit.

ps- like sonicsphere, i was in gradschool for ages, but i got tired of the poverty. :D

i also run a noise label and my own music project which is quite the task itself.

Holiday season is in its peak. I wouldn't like to be in your shoes now. I know Rovinj gets very crowded during summer and I know how it can get stressful with all those dumbass tourists. Ajd, drz se!
