After nearly 4 months of trying to get Shittish Gas to give us the money they owe us since our move to npower, we rang them yet again tonight and they apologised and said they're sending a cheque for the full amount plus an additional 'goodwill' payment to cover the money we've spent on telephone calls. How 'bout that?
