Little Miss Sunshine
 

I just saw this movie today. I reccomend this movie. Its very funny, and has a great cast. With a great performance by Steven Carell. I think he'll be nominated for a Golden Globe when the time comes. The movie also has a very funny peformance by Alan Arkin, similar to but still diffrent to the cranky old man he played in "Slums of Beverly Hills". So, do yourself a favor and skip all the hype films like "The Descent" or "You, Me, and Depree", and go see this movie. Also during the previews I saw one for Michel Gondry's new film, "The Science of Sleep", looks amazing.

I really want to see it, but I can't find any theaters close enough to me. I might try to get my mom to see take me somewhere far though, because one of her friends recommended it.

I want to see it too. I think the Mel Brooks/Buck Henry "Get Smart" thing coming soon should be good too with Steve Carell.

I went to go see it and it is the best movie of the summer to fucking funny you guys should definitely go watch it.

A few months ago, "Evan Almighty" (also with Carell) was being shot in Crozet which is small town about 10 minutes away from here.

Yes! I just found out that it is coming to the theater that is closest to me on Friday.

This movie is probobly going to open up wider, the word of mouth for the most part has been pretty great.

I saw a commercial for this movie on IFC or SUndance or something like that. I thought it looked amazing. I hope it lives up to it's hype.

I saw it today. It is really funny, probably the best of 2006. The only other contender for that title is the Science of Sleep.

I found out about it through IFC too. It really does have a lot of hype, and I felt that it lived up to it.

yeah, apparently Carrey wouldn't touch the sequel, but Morgan Freeman returns.

Some snippet of a scene where Carell is in a Humvee (he's wished for I suppose) was played on the news & there was a picture in the paper of Morgan Freeman on the downtown mall.

IC. I don't think I watched all of the first one...

Anyway, Little Miss Sunshine was great. Nobody else has seen it here?

I have and I thought it was the best summer movie, wish it would make more money than snakes on a plane.
