and yes, why not? those look like lab rats. if properly fed and higienically cooked i'd take a bit. it's should be just like rabbit or guinea pig or squirrel. perhaps less gamy depending on food.

norwegian rats, that is your tipical sewer rat, are another matter. i would not touch those fuckers with a 20-foot fork.

Back in the days when I still ate meat, I had crocodile, ostrich, 4-5 different types of buck, canned ants, leguaan, frogs, snails, etc. Meat is meat. I'd like to try locusts, chilli mexican style.
