Where in the world is Shannon Wright? Last I hear was in 2005, France, doing some small gigs, but now? no word what so ever. I dont understand how an artist could release six fantastic albums of utter musical perfection, and then never again be mention on the lips of the the musical community. not even one WORD on the internet. Where is she? How could no one be talking about her anywhere to speak of? Do any of you know?

She did fall off the face of the Earth. I told that bitch it was flat but she didn't believe me.

Shanon is great. I loved Over The Sun. Steve Albini produced that one and worked with her before. I got to see her play live once. Intense. Haven't heard anything new though.

I work in her hairdressers. I gave her a rinse and perm today. She says she will come back, but only if her fans stop being knobs. So, you heard it here first.

For those of you interested, she's been spending the meantime training to become a urologist, and spends her evenings cataloguing her flower pressing (8 albums so far, quite impressive).

Urology is a noble profession.

It's like that famous disco song says: "Last night a urologist saved my li-ife.."

A urologist certainly saved me from worrying about any unwanted procreation.
