Here Comes Your Man, The Brick is Read, and Tony's Theme by the Pixies. Definitely their worst three songs.

Brick is Red is one of the best pixies songs. listen to the fucking guitar work. their worst song is obviously dancing the manta ray or santo.

anyway... i always hated the first track on boredoms - super ae. i see the point behind it, but it's just unlistenable and 7 minutes long.

no way, it's a classic!

but what about the last track on the first P.I.L. album, bladderstompf? it completely spoils the otherwise perfect album.

I've always liked that tune. Same with Brick Is Red, fantastic Pixies song.

The Velvet Underground - "Lonesome Cowboy Bill". Loaded sucks in general, but that song is particularly irritating.
