I am not sure moral and ethical discussions belong on a Sonic Youth messageboard. Though having said that, one doesn't listen to the Yoof (as I like to call them in the confines of my own cerebrum) without a certain bent towards occasional self analysis for which read intelligence. (No, stupid people don't analyse themselves, for a start on Barrett's Taxonomy it's far too high level a thinking skill for them).
