At the risk of ridicule Im gonna have to say how much i like the new Jet album. I know the first one was atrocious, but dammit the new one is catchy and singalongable and I bet it sounds awesome when your drunk. Its like Oasis or The Vines at their best (which I know is probably an oxymoron for most of you). As far as unashamedly dumb rock albums with big choruses go its better than the new Primal Scream one.
