they are the same thing.

the cd called 'soul discharge/early boredoms' is 'soul discharge 99' compressed into one long track. the second track is most of their first album compressed into one track. pretty useless.

the legit version of 'soul discharge 99' looks like this:

soul discharge has all the tracks as one track and it comes with early boredoms. soul discharge '99 is their best lp btw. i guess boredoms never got credits from the shimmy disc release (sd/early b).
