It's probably a matter of hacked account and subsequent spamming, but the "solution" seems quite drastic and detrimental (?).
All posts gone (not just the spam ones) and she can't even access the site as a lurker.

Dunno the techy stuff behind theese situations, but "locking" her old account and letting her open a new one seems viable. Or is it not?
If the problem is not spamming and the database of the forum went all skynet on this, well, fix it, pretty please.

probably someone banned/deleted a wide range of ip-addresses + corresponding posts that happened to include hers.
