Football scandal in Holland
 

This story has dominated the sport news for the last few weeks in Holland and I find it pathetic. Fans at one of the Hague's games, sang songs with homophobic comments which were quite embarassing to watch. To me it only shows how narrowminded and macho the game of football really is. This story has nothing to do with homosexuality, but even if it did, so what!
Gives me a reason to avoid football altogether.

GOALIE'S EX IN NET REVENGE

The former girlfriend of a top goalie has taken revenge on him for dumping her - by posting on the internet a video of them having kinky sex.

Former Aston Villa goalkeeper Stefan Postma had originally managed to keep his bizarre sex life secret by buying the video when his ex tried to sell it on eBay.

But now the angry English woman has posted the entire home movie on the internet.

In the past few days one site in Postma's native Holland has had more than 400,000 hits - before crashing from overuse.

A clip was even broadcast on Dutch television - which led to a storm of criticism from viewers who complained the video was hard porn.

Postma's agent Piet Buter said yesterday: "He is desperately trying to have the clip removed from all websites.

"But the damage has already been done. He is really sorry, especially for his parents."

Once again, we see here that truth is indeed stranger than fiction. It all sounds like a plot from Footballers' Wive$.
