I remember they did a similar thing with an Elvis tour a couple of years ago. I declined the opportunity to see it, but today i realize i should probably have gone there.

That's why i had carpe diem tattooed on my lower back. So that we shall never forget to capture these ephemeral opportunities that occasionally blesses our everyday lives.

i'm waiting for a holographic mac dre tour

hah, what a joke. no Dre, we DIDN'T forget about Detox. stop fucking around and drop the album already.

This reminds me of that hologram pop diva in Deus Ex: Invisible War. The one in the night club, and that pathetic businessman (?) is all obsessed with her. That part rules.

The future is now.

Quote:

We already knew that the Tupac Hologram wasn't really a hologram but actually just a modern regurgitation of the old mid-19th century trick known as "Pepper's Ghost". If you were confused on how that illusion worked, be confused no more! Here it is. Roxanne Palmer at the International Business TImes made this infographic that clearly illustrated how the whole hologram shenanigans worked. AV Concepts, the company behind the fauxlogram, used Musion Systems Ltd.'s Musion Eyeliner setup to project a 2D animated Tupac onto an invisible (to the audience) screen to make him look 3D.

the whole thing about having a "hologram" perform seems really cheap, like they're raping a ghost. I dont even like tupac but i find this insulting.

louder 04.20.2012 05:38 AM

nah.. the real question is Jay, Nas or Ghost.
