Most emphatically yes, but only through Tattoo You, and with special attention paid to the Jimmy Miller-produced albums.

I love the Brian Jones and Mick Taylor eras the most.

Ditto. Between the Buttons through Goats Head. The very best.

Even the live album, Get yer ya yas out, is pretty damned great. And I'm usually not a huge fan of live albums. Also, if you ever see bootlegs of the Brussels 1973 concerts, those are gems. I have the Nasty Music copy, and it is so sweet--Mick Taylor and Keith jam like nothing else you'll hear on any of the studio albums from that time.

sometimes.

yes for the most part

a lot of my friends who like music hate the rolling stones, probably cause they are sad old men now and are too cool to listen to a band that was successful.

Everything until Exile on Main Street was great, Goats Head Soup was alright then I lose interest completely.

yeah!

and the only reason i said yeah is cuz its not The fuckin Beatles.

Glice 11.11.2006 06:44 PM

Errrmmm.... no. Thanks ever so much. They seem like nice enough lads though. Were not being a scally the same as having decent tunes, I would be a yes.

sun city girl 11.12.2006 08:31 AM

i like some of the early stuff, their satanic majesties request is pretty cool.

Everyneurotic 11.12.2006 11:36 AM

yes, considering mick and keith died in 1978 and were replaced by corporate label-made androids.
