sometimes.
i dislike the last two albums, and have observed the steady decline since a thousand leaves. this doesnt leave me in the same excited state i used to be in. rushing out to buy each new album or everything they release because i "know" it will be great. instead i assume it may well be not that good.
obviously i still love all the old stuff.
ive just lost my faith in what they might do next.

i cant say yes because i really only like their 81-84 music, meaning i havent liked anything they have put out in over 20 years which is kind of weird....

Clearly the answer is 'sometimes' for everybody. Of course unless it's the only form of music/band they're subjected to.
