i've been trying to learn this song for a while, but i cant play it in the tuning thats on the sy tab page. it sounds like shit and the strings are too loose, it gets out of tune as well.

i've seen tons of people play this in standard tuning. and how exactly do you play it???

Are you trying to play Lee's, or Thurston's?

Lee's is much harder to play because it's hard to hear what he plays on the track. Thurston's, I dunno. Ask Bollock_To_Pop. We played it a couple times together and it sounded great (he was Thurston's part, I was Lee's part).

No idea. I know when I play it, the strings are uber-loose, but it sounds fine still.

I've played it alright. I suck at the guitar roll call bit when the song kicks off though.

I play with very big strings, but theyre still a bit loose. You could make a guitar just for this tuning

Yeah, you should check out the Sonic Gear page for the string gauges.

I tune my low E to G and leave the rest in standard. That should help with the main riff.

i out in a g instead of an e and it sucked and broke soon after
