isn't it exhausting to judge yourself all day? i mean, yes, it's pretty impressive if you admire feats of endurance like marathons and triathlons, but could you just... relax, every now and then, and just be?

if it's not exhausting then porks is probably correct that you're not doing it right. because done correctly you should be getting chest pains and a any number of ugly symptoms.

i used to be a champion at it, gold medals all around, and the result of my elite-level mental athleticism was a tremendous fucking depression.
