Do You Believe in Rapture? video at Rotterdam film festival

SONIC YOUTH: "DO YOU BELIEVE IN RAPTURE?" AT ROTTERDAM "Do You Believe in Rapture?", directed by Braden King, will screen as a short at the 2007 Rotterdam Film Festival. Dates and details to follow. The video, an elegy to New York's late CBGB club and all the great shows we've all ever been to, can be seen here. King also directed the video for the single "Reena" (both tracks are from the most recent SY album "Rather Ripped"). "Reena" can be seen by clicking on this link. Two additonal videos for the album by french filmmaker Clarie Denis (for "Incinerate" and "Jams Run Free") are available at sonicyouth.com. |
